Shipping Destinations
Ridenovara currently ships to selected regions where shipping is available at checkout.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country or region, product type, shipping method, customs requirements, payment availability, tax requirements, and other operational factors.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, we currently do not offer shipping to that location unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where shipping, customs clearance, payment processing, tax requirements, product restrictions, or legal compliance issues prevent us from completing the order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, package size, product type, and available shipping methods.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Local Charges
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, remote area surcharges, or similar charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.
Unless such charges are clearly included at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Ridenovara is not responsible for delays, additional costs, failed delivery, refused delivery, returned packages, or return issues caused by customs clearance, unpaid import charges, local tax requirements, or import restrictions in the destination country or region.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Please allow a few business days for the tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:
customs inspections or customs clearance delays
courier or logistics disruptions
severe weather
remote or hard-to-reach delivery areas
inaccurate or incomplete address information
high seasonal shipping volume

local import restrictions or tax processing delays
Ridenovara is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, local tax authorities, or other parties outside our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, Ridenovara is not responsible for the resulting loss or delay.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at ridenovara@outlook.com. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, unpaid customs duties, unpaid import taxes, unpaid VAT or GST, failure to complete customs clearance, or other customer-related reasons, we may contact you to arrange reshipment where possible.
Additional shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs charges, import charges, brokerage fees, or other related costs may apply for reshipment or refund processing.
Any refund, if applicable, will be reviewed after the package is returned to us and inspected.
Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe your order is lost in transit, please contact us at ridenovara@outlook.com as soon as possible.
Please include:
your order number
your full name
a description of the issue
photos of the package and product, if applicable
We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier where appropriate.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately depending on stock availability, warehouse handling, package size, shipping route, or customs requirements.
If this happens, you may receive multiple shipment notifications.
