Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ridenovara.

We sell automotive replacement parts. Please carefully check the product description, OEM reference numbers, vehicle model, year, chassis code, position, suspension type, and original part type before placing an order. If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it;

In its original packaging where possible;

Complete with all accessories, fittings, manuals, and parts included in the package;

Not damaged due to installation, misuse, modification, incorrect handling, improper storage, or attempted repair.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

Your order number;

The reason for return;

Photos or videos of the item and packaging;

Your vehicle model, year, chassis code, and original part number if the issue is related to fitment.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns due to customer reasons, including ordering the wrong part, changing your mind, no longer needing the item, refusing delivery, failing to complete customs clearance, or not checking compatibility before purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns caused by our error, such as an incorrect item sent, confirmed defect, missing parts, or product not as described, we will provide a suitable return solution. This may include a replacement, repair solution, return label, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, remote area surcharges, and other local charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is caused by our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

Please provide photos or videos of the issue, the product label, packaging, and any visible damage. We will review the case and help resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Compatibility and Fitment

Compatibility depends on the vehicle model, year, chassis code, suspension type, installation position, original part number, connector type, thread type, valve type, product appearance, and regional vehicle specification.

Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before placing an order. OEM reference numbers and vehicle model information are provided for identification and fitment reference only.

If the customer orders the wrong item because the original part number, vehicle version, installation position, or fitment information was not checked before purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Professional installation is strongly recommended for automotive parts.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

Installed or used automotive parts;

Products damaged during installation or by improper use;

Products that have been modified, disassembled, repaired, altered, or contaminated;

Products with missing parts, accessories, manuals, labels, or packaging;

Special-order or customized products, unless defective or incorrectly supplied;

Clearance or final sale items, if clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase;

Gift cards;

Items returned without prior approval.

This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, returned, abandoned, or undeliverable due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or failure to complete customs clearance, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, and any other related costs.

Any refund, if applicable, will be reviewed after the package is returned to us and inspected.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get the item you need is to return the original item after your return request is accepted, and then place a new order for the correct item.

If you are unsure which item is correct for your vehicle, please contact us before placing a new order.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled or dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery according to this policy.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
